Walk-ins are welcome every day from 11 AM to 9 PM, and bridal consultations are by appointment. How do I book a bridal design consultation on Golf Course Road?

Can I just walk in, or is customisation by appointment only?

Both, for different things. Walk in any day between 11 AM and 9 PM to look around and see our bridal lehengas. For a bridal design consultation, please book an appointment, so the time is set aside for you and your idea.

Is the first design consultation free?

Yes. Your first design consultation costs nothing, whether it is in the showroom or on a video call. You leave with a clear plan, and the designer follows up with a sketch for your approval.

What happens at the first consultation?

  • You share your idea. A photo, a screenshot, your Pinterest board, an AI image, your own sketch or your mother's wedding photo. Any colour you love, not only red.
  • You choose the parts, one by one. Fabric, colour, neckline, sleeves, the embroidery and where it sits. A lighter lehenga, a contrast dupatta or a long trail are all on the table.
  • You add your story, if you like. Names, your wedding date, initials or a line that matters to you both, on the lehenga, dupatta, blouse back or latkans.
  • You get your plan. When the first sketch comes, how many fittings you will need and the date of the last one depend on the work involved, and the designer gives you that plan at the consultation.

Is the design final in one appointment, or do I come back?

The consultation is where the design takes shape. After it, the designer shares a sketch for your approval, then quotes the price, before any work starts. You also see an embroidery sample before the whole piece is made. Your measurements are taken at the showroom or guided on a video call, and you come back for your fittings. How long does the first design meeting take?

It depends on how much you are planning. One lehenga is a different conversation from your whole wedding wardrobe, or your outfits plus your mother's and sisters'. Tell us when you book, so the time can be planned around what you want to cover.

Can I bring my mother, sisters or fiancé?

Please do. You can bring your mother, your sisters or your fiancé to your design appointment. You and your mother, or the whole bride's side, can even plan all your outfits in one consultation. See your lehenga and your family's outfits, together.

Can I book in the evening or at the weekend?

Yes. We are open every day from 11 AM to 9 PM, and fittings can be booked any day in those hours, so brides who work can come in the evening or at the weekend. Because bridal consultations are by appointment, the slot you book is yours, whichever day you choose.

Can my consultation be on a video call and my fittings at the showroom?

Yes. Your first consultation can be on a video call, your measurements can be guided on a video call or taken at the showroom, and your fittings are booked at the showroom on Golf Course Road on any day that suits you.

How do I prepare so the visit is not wasted?

Bring, or have on your phone:

  • Your wedding date and the dates of each function
  • Your references: screenshots, your Pinterest board, AI images or your own sketch
  • Colours you love, and the ones you never want to wear
  • Photos of jewellery you plan to wear, so the neckline works with it
  • A rough budget, so the fabric and embroidery can be planned around it
  • The people whose opinion matters most to you
