Shipping within India is free. Outside India you pay one flat rate for your region, shown at checkout before you pay. Customs duties are the only part we cannot know in advance.

One rate per parcel, shown at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are set by your country and paid by you when the parcel arrives — we cannot quote them in advance.
Is my country covered?
The countries in the table can order straight from the site. If yours is not there, ask — the answer is usually yes, with a shipping cost we confirm before you order.
Duties, plainly
Your own customs authority sets them, charges them on arrival, and does not tell us the figure in advance. We will not collect them for you and we will not pretend the number is ours to set. What we will do is declare the order correctly, which is the part that is actually in our hands.
What if it does not fit?
For a made-to-order piece we build a small allowance into the seams so a local tailor can adjust it. Return shipping from outside India is at your cost, which is why the measurement check on video matters so much.
How far ahead should I order?
Earlier than you would in India. Shipping and customs sit on top of the time it takes to make the piece, and customs is the part nobody can hurry. Tell us your country and your date and we will say plainly whether it can be done.
Can I see it before it ships?
Yes. Photographs at every stage, and a video call with the finished piece on a model before it is packed.
