Return & Exchange Policy – Daisy Fashion Luxury Bridal & Designer Wear

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

Most items purchased from Daisy Fashion are returnable within the stated duration, except those explicitly marked as ‘not returnable’.

Returns

Items purchased from Daisy Fashion must be returned or exchanged within 5 working days of receipt. All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and labels intact.

Return Process

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Go to “Your Orders.”
  • Select the item you wish to return or exchange.
  • Choose a reason from the menu and proceed.

Note: You may return or exchange multiple items by selecting them accordingly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7–14 working days from receipt of your item. We will notify you via email and SMS once your return has been processed.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or to your bank account/wallet (for cash on delivery orders).

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact Daisy Fashion immediately using the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Note: For non-returnable items received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order by visiting the “Your Orders” section in your account.

Steps to cancel your order:

  • Go to “Your Orders.”
  • Select the product you want to cancel and click “Cancel.”
  • Provide a reason for cancellation (optional).
  • Confirm cancellation.

Note: If you receive an item after cancelling, please refuse delivery. Any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund

Cancelled orders will be processed instantly. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
