Making your outfit
Can you make a piece just for me?
Yes — that's what we love most. Tell us the function, the date and the look you're dreaming of. A designer works it out with you, prices it before you commit, and our own karigars cut and embroider it by hand in our workroom.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
About eight weeks from the moment you approve the design. If your date is closer than that, tell us — we'll say plainly what can be done, and our ready pieces can be with you in days.
Who actually makes it?
Our own karigars, in our own workroom. Ask when you visit and we'll show you where your piece is made.
Will I see my outfit while it's being made?
Yes. We send you photographs at every stage, so you can watch it bloom — and before it's packed, a video call with the finished piece on a model.
Can I change a piece I see on the website?
Very often, yes — the colour, the level of work, the sleeves, the neckline. A designer prices the change for you before anything starts.
Fit and measurements
How do you get my measurements right?
Three ways, and you choose: your own tailor fills in our sheet (in Hindi and English), you measure with our step-by-step guide, or you come to the showroom for a measurement visit of about 45 minutes. Whichever you pick, a designer goes through every number with you on a short video call — nothing is cut before that.
I'm between two sizes. What should I do?
Most of us are, and that's completely normal. On a ready piece, we'll suggest the closer size and a small alteration. A made-to-order piece is cut to your own numbers, so there's no "between" at all.
Are alterations included?
Minor fitting alterations at your fitting in Gurugram are free. If the change is bigger — embroidery work, or a big change in size — we tell you the price before we start.
Visiting us
Where are you, and when are you open?
Shop 226A, 2nd Floor, DT Mega Mall, DLF Phase 1, Sector 28, Golf Course Road, Gurugram 122002. Open 11:00–21:00, every day. Bring your mother, your sister, your best friend.
Do I have to buy something if I come in?
Never. A consultation costs nothing, whether you buy or not — and if today's answer is "not yet", that's perfectly fine.
I don't live in Delhi. Can I still work with you?
Absolutely. Many of our brides never come to Gurugram. Book a free 30-minute video consultation in your own timezone, and we'll guide you through design, measurements and fitting from wherever you are.
Prices and payment
Why is the price shown on every piece?
Because it always will be — never behind an enquiry form. You're paying for the work, not for a showroom in every city.
How do I pay?
Every order is paid in full in advance. If a card is declined on a large amount, it is usually the card's daily online limit — your bank can raise it for the day.
Shipping
Do you ship across India?
Yes, and shipping within India is free.
Do you ship outside India?
We ship worldwide, at one flat rate for your region, shown at checkout — so there are no surprises. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and paid on arrival. Planning a wedding abroad? Order earlier than you would in India — tell us your country and your date and we'll plan the route with you.
Returns
Can I return a piece?
Ready pieces in standard sizes, and unstitched fabric, can be returned or exchanged within 5 working days of delivery — unused, with the original tags on. A piece made to your measurements can't be returned, because we approve the fabric, the embroidery and the fit together with you at every stage.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us straight away with a photograph — whatever you bought — and we'll put it right with a refund or an exchange. Refunds take 7–14 working days from when the piece reaches us. Our returns page has the full details.
