There are open lawns and farmhouses for evening functions, indoor halls for colder nights, and smaller spaces for intimate gatherings. The functions and what to plan for each

Season and setting

Many Gurugram weddings take place in the cooler months, when evenings outside are pleasant and nights can turn properly cold. Winter outfits can carry velvet, silk and layers; earlier or later in the season, lighter fabrics may be more comfortable. Check the forecast for your dates and note which functions are outdoors. For brides flying in

If you live abroad and are marrying in Gurugram, you can plan everything before you land:

1. Design conversations on video call and WhatsApp video, sharing pictures, sketches, AI images and family references.

2. Our designer guides you through your measurements on a video call.

Leave time between landing and the first function for the trial and any changes, and bring the shoes and any jewellery you plan to wear so the fit and hem can be checked with them. Outfits for relatives who cannot travel early can be shipped to them; they pay their own country's customs duty and import taxes when the parcel arrives.
